Seabreeze Layout

Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing a beach  mixed media layout with you that I created with some of the fabulous Creative Embellishments chipboards.

I selected the Nautical 6 pieces set chipboard and gave a coat of gesso, after dry I took a sponge and applied Distress Oxide Ink in Vintage Photo color to all the chipboards to create a vintage, rusty effect.  The paper is from the Double Dot collection by Bo Bunny.

I did the same techniques that I gave to the other chipboards to the word Seabreeze from the Beach Word Set 2.

I love how the different nautical pieces looks on the background.

I I gave texture on the background with a texture crackle paste with 3D powder.  Then I painted the background with Color Blooms.

You can see from this angle all the textures and dimension.

Other supplies I used:
Double Dot papers by Bo Bunny
gesso, flowers, Color Blooms, Gel medium, Crackle paste art stones, micro beads by Prima

Well I hope you find some inspiration, Thanks for stopping by….until next time!

Layered Romantic Tag- Scrapbook Adhesives

Hello scrapper friends! I'm Guest Designer at Scrapbook Adhesives for the next months and I'm going to share with you my first project using their fantastic products. I created a romantic tag with  layers of fabrics, cord and flowers that I adhered with Dodz Adhesive Dots Medium and the Dual Tip Glue Pen.   Let’s take a look…
I adhered the red paper to the chipboard tag with the Dual Tip Glue Pen. The ivory paper was adhered using the E-Z Runner® Permanent Stripes.

For the layers, I added jute and cheesecloth. I adhered both with the Dual Tip Glue Pen – it’s great for adhering fabric.

Next, I adhered different flowers with the Dodz Adhesive Dots Medium.

For the finishing touch, I put a metallic tag as my title which I adhered with the Dual Tip Glue Pen.

Thanks for stopping by…until next time!

I gave the same treatment to the chipboards in this card but I made a different design. I added some frosted mica flakes and glass beads with modeling paste.

Creating textures with Die Cuts- Video Tutorial

Hello scrapper friends!  I love textures and I want to show you how I made them on this layout using die cuts. We all have die cuts on our stuff so let's use them to build layers and textures. I made a video tutorial of the process and I hope you have some inspiration.
I made this page with the Serendipity collection by Bo Bunny and Pentart products. I started making three doilies with the Mandalay die cut, then I adhered them to my base paper with Pentart Gel Paste.

I gave more textures with the Backsplash stencil,  the Primer Paste and the Sugar Glitter Paste.

I embellished the page using the Serendipity Noteworthy die cut pieces.

I love the combination of textures that  the doilies with the stencil bring to the page.

I added some Confetti paste and 3D Powder to create more textures on the background.

The lovely photo is from Unsplash.
Products I used:
Bo Bunny supplies:
Serendipity
Pattern Paper: Greetings, Life, Feathers
Die: Mandala Die, Ever After Card dies
Noteworthy: Serendipity
Stencil: Blacksplash
Stamp:Take Note
Glitter Paste: Sugar
Confetti Paste- Gold
Double Dot Jewels: Tuxedo Jewels

Pentart
Primer Paste- Gesso
Gel Paste
3D Powder

Here's the video tutorial...enjoy it!!!
